How do I fund my allocation with a manual wire/ACH?

Congratulations on your investment! Now here is how you fund your allocation.

1. If you have any pending opportunities to fund, you should see an action item on your dashboard labeled "Fund your allocation." Click on the action item to view your funding instructions.

If your financial institution allows for adding a memo to your transaction, include the call code in the transfer memo to ensure a timely confirmation of your transaction.


2. Once you have initiated your transfer via Wire or ACH with your financial institution, go back to the funding page to click "I have initiated the transfer button" this will signal to our operations team that your funds will be ready to verify soon.

You are done! No other action is needed from you to fund your opportunity. While most wires are reconciled within the business day they are received by Canopy, some wire transfers may take up to 5 business days to finalize. If your wire is still in "pending transfer" status after 1 week, please reach out on our chat support.
