How can I change legal details in my documents?

Resetting documents to show updated investment entity information

If your documents do not show the right signature block, you will have to reset your opportunity's documents to show the corrected "Investor Profile" information. 

1. Open up your opportunity/deal and navigate to the "Documents" tab. Click on the blue text reading "regenerate your documents".


2. The pop-up window will ask for a reason for regenerating the documents. In this case, select "My personal information on these documents is incorrect" to re-do the documents.


3. Click on the investor profile drop-down menu, and click on the "Add/Edit Profiles" link


4. Then click the “Edit Profile” button next to your investor profile.

5. You can edit your information by completing the onboarding questionnaire with the corrected information.

Change/add your legal information as necessary, and then click Save & Exit

 

6. Navigate to your home page and click the action "Share subscriber info" for the deal you needed to regenerate documents for.


7. Submit your subscriber information and the updated investment documents will be regenerated for you to sign
