Even if you have not actively invested in any deals using the new V2.0 Investor Onboarding system, LPs are required to complete an updated investor profile. This ensures that Canopy (and syndicate leads) collects the appropriate tax, AML, & KYC information to verify that investors are complying with updated regulatory requirements.

The V2.0 investor profile is also a requirement in order to participate in any future investments and/or distributions that occur on the Canopy platform.
