Setting up new investment opportunity:

1. Under “Basic Terms”, check the box “This round is being raised on a SAFE”.
2. Fill in the “Discount” box and choose whether the round is Pro Rata or not.

Editing a current investment opportunity:

1. Go to the investment opportunity you want to change to a SAFE round.
2. Click on the “Settings” tab.
3. Under “Edit Deal”, click on “Deal Terms”.
4. Check the box “This round is being raised on a SAFE”.
5. Fill in the “Discount” and "Pro Rata" sections as appropriate.
